Thanks to the traffic light system, your customers know immediately whether there are still places available for their desired course or not. The color red indicates courses that are already fully booked, yellow indicates that there are only a few places left and green indicates all courses with enough places available.

However, 1Tool also offers the option of a waiting list for fully booked courses. This guarantees that your company will always have a course with a full complement of participants, because even if people drop out before the start of the course, all those who have put their names on the waiting list will automatically move up.
