The dedicated applicant search function in 1Tool allows you to search your entire applicant database quickly and effectively. Using numerous fields, which you can of course define yourself, you can limit your search according to specific criteria and find the right candidates in seconds.

You will then find your applicant search results clearly listed. You can carry out various actions directly from this view. For example, you can mark contacts that you would like to invite to an interview and send them personalized messages by e-mail without much effort.

It is also possible to display your search results on a map. This means you can always locate applicants and know of suitable jobs in their area.

Collaborative decision

Internal evaluation and the addition of comments facilitate the joint selection of applicants and keep every employee up to date on the progress of applications.

No time-consuming searches in documents or folders – notes on interviews and telephone conversations as well as relevant application documents are filed directly to the candidate’s profile and organized chronologically.
