The 1Tool warehouse software enables the rapid processing of purchases and sales of goods.
You save yourself tedious, duplicate data entry, as relevant customer and article information is taken directly from other modules in the system.
One of the biggest problems in merchandise management is the availability of up-to-date and necessary data. When a product is invoiced, the quantities sold, unit and total prices as well as product descriptions are usually listed on the invoice. It would be quite time-consuming if this information had to be entered manually each time. Even more so if data such as price or customer address were to change!
But with the 1Tool CRM software, information is generated fully automatically. Regardless of whether you are buying or selling, you enter the name of the customer/supplier and the relevant goods and select the relevant warehouse location. All other details, such as address data, prices or stock decreases or increases, are then generated automatically.
A particular advantage of 1Tool merchandise management is the “alarm” if the minimum stock level is not reached or if there are shortages. This means that a message appears directly during invoicing as soon as you invoice a quantity from a specific warehouse that is either no longer available or falls below the safety stock level. This is the only way you can optimally coordinate your warehouse processes and ensure a smooth transition between invoicing, reordering, etc.

If customers return goods that have already been paid for, a credit note must be created. This is also done automatically in 1Tool. You generate an order, enter the customer and product, all other information is obtained from the other 1Tool modules. As soon as you create the credit note, the stock of the respective warehouse is increased by the quantity concerned.
How to generate a credit note is explained step by step in our manual.
