Our programmers have been particularly busy again in recent weeks and have expanded the functions of 1Tool in the areas of project management (budget, tasks, comments, project costs) and time recording. Here is an overview of the updates:
1. the expenses for a project can now be entered more easily in a specially created field
2. under “Budget” you can see exactly which amounts have been charged and which have been paid. Payments can also be entered quickly and easily
3. you can upload files and add comments to individual tasks and projects
4. the comments have been made clearer so that you can find your way around more easily:5. there is also a common overview for the project costs
6 In time recording, you can see exactly how long an employee has worked on certain tasks and projects. Sick leave, vacation and compensatory time can also be entered here:
