In the new 1Tool version, which will be released in the next few days, there is a shared calendar. 1Tool acts as a calendar server on which your employees’ calendars are stored centrally.
This means that your employees have your calendar in 1Tool on the one hand and on mobile devices such as the iPad or iPhone on the other. You can also use the Thunderbird calendar, for example, and all calendar programs that support the CalDAV standard. We have created a few screenshots with our first calendar entries for you.
In the 1Tool, you can define who sees which entries. In this way, for example, calendars can be defined as“private”. This means that other employees cannot see the entries in this calendar. In the 1Tool calendar, you also have the option of granting your secretary the authorization to make entries in your calendar. We are currently working on an interface to Microsoft Outlook so that the calendars can then also be conveniently maintained in Outlook.
