The Japanese company Rakuten is one of the 10 largest Internet companies in the world and is also represented in Germany and Austria with its online store. The special feature of online retail is that there are thousands of stores in one place! Rakuten combines offers from over 3,317 retailers, providing its customers with more than 8.1 million items.
Körbler GmbH has created an interface between the Rakuten store and the 1Tool business software so that the Internet company can quickly and easily present new products and offers in the store. The aim was to develop a simple solution for the optimal management of products in the online store. Körbler therefore worked on the possibility of exporting products and services from 1Tool and importing them immediately into Rakuten’s Austrian webshop.
This direct export-import process should be carried out quickly and easily by generating a CSV file. 1Tool therefore automatically generates a CSV list of all products stored in 1Tool. This file can then be uploaded to the webshop with a single click and the products added.
