The new version 5.1 of the 1Tool app is now available and brings the following new features:
Graphical optimization of the dashboard: The dashboard has been visually revised and improved.
Extended time recording in projects: Additional time recording buttons have been integrated, enabling direct time recording for teams through start and stop functions.
Active time recording query: When starting a new time recording, the system now checks whether a time recording is already running for the user.
User display in the team time recording: The name of the user is displayed during the active team time recording.
Mandatory fields for orders: There are now mandatory fields in orders (e.g. working time reports) that must be completed. For example, a signature or a picture may be required. Mandatory fields that are not completed are clearly highlighted.
Automatic report generation: A working time report can be generated directly after time recording has been stopped.
New save button in tasks: The “Save” button in the task dialog is now located at the bottom of the dialog.
