With the export of contacts to the local address book and the option to save notes, the new version of our 1Tool app includes important functions that allow our customers to access relevant data and information quickly and without restrictions, even when they are on the move.
Exporting contacts to the local address book
It is now possible to export all 1Tool contacts to the local address book of your smartphone. This gives you a complete overview of all calls and important contact details, even if you have not saved the phone numbers directly in your smartphone. Instead of an “unknown number”, the 1Tool contact with all important information appears directly when you call, so that you have a complete overview of your business contacts anytime and anywhere.
Save notes
We all know it only too well: you’re out and about and suddenly you remember something important about a customer, a project or other business matters that you absolutely must not forget. But notes and pens are rarely close by when you need them or get lost in the chaos. That’s why the new version of the 1Tool app includes a notes function that allows you to quickly and easily collect and save your thoughts and to-dos. With just one click, you can create a new note, while a simple editor ensures optimal presentation so that you can highlight important things or even add links and images. And if you think of something later or if a relevant detail changes, your notes can be easily updated.
