Any relationship problems between your e-mail program and 1Tool are a thing of the past. With 1Tool Update 3.0 there is now an e-mail integration that makes working together with e-mails and 1Tool much easier. Here is an overview of the new functions since Update 3.0:
General
The start page in 1Tool is now particularly clear and contains current appointments, tasks and comments.
E-mail integration
Completely new in 1Tool is the e-mail integration, which is an important interface between e-mail programs such as Microsoft Outlook and 1Tool. With the e-mail integration, global e-mail accounts can be created and checked. Contacts can be linked to an e-mail account and e-mails can also be retrieved. Attachments can be saved and added to a contact’s documents.
Document management
- Files of up to 200 MB can now be uploaded.
- The upload also works via drag and drop.
- Documents can now be managed by the user under the menu item Organization – Documents.
- Subfolders can be created.
- Folders can be moved in the directory tree using drag and drop.
- Documents can now be managed in five separate areas: via the Projects, Contacts, Opportunities and Tasks modules and also in the Organization – Documents menu item.
Contacts
- Individual contacts can now be assigned to several sectors, and a main sector can also be defined.
- You can now add a picture to each contact, which is displayed at the top left of the detailed view.
