New 1Tool CRM Version 7.38

Version 7.38 of the 1Tool CRM solution is now available. The new version brings numerous improvements and optimizations:

  • The log now also supports changes to custom fields for contacts and changes to custom fields for invoices. And it is now also saved in the log whether a contact has been opened by a user.
  • You can now reply to comments. Replies are automatically displayed indented.
  • The invoice widget for contacts now supports sorting of the individual columns.
  • Invoices can now be generated directly from appointments in the appointment overview.
  • Each user can now have a default activity stored for time recording. If you use the 1Tool app, this default activity is preselected during time recording.
  • From now on, customer names and the name of the sales opportunity are also displayed in the time recording report, provided the entries are linked to them.
  • Enhancement for time recording: “Home Office”. For each entry, you can now record whether this time was spent working from home.
  • A new authorization allows you to set which invoices an employee should/may see.
  • Enhancements in merchandise management: warehouse log receipt/issue. This log shows all receipts and issues of a product clearly summarized.
  • In the ticket list, new tickets are now marked as “unread” by default. Only when an employee opens the ticket is it marked as read.
  • The revenue overview has been completely redeveloped and now has a new design.
  • If two employees open the same product at the same time, the second user is notified that the product is currently being processed.
  • New calendar entries can now be linked to tasks. When this appointment is then opened in the app, the task appears and even the checklist for the respective task, if there is one.
  • Tasks can now contain checklists. Each individual checklist element can be checked off separately. These checklists are also supported by the 1Tool app.
  • The 1Tool now offers the option of creating new tickets based on different task types.
  • Dashboard notifications can now be sent as push notifications directly to those employees who use the app.
  • New “Damage” object: damage including photos can now also be recorded for tasks.
