Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the development of innovative IT solutions
- Coordination and management of the development team and technical contact person for employees
- Management of new development projects
- Planning and monitoring of ongoing developments and optimization of the existing product portfolio
- Ensuring product quality
- Coordination and prioritization of features and requirements, taking into account economic efficiency, competitiveness and corporate strategy
Your profile
- Completed technical studies (FH, Uni) and/or many years of professional experience as an IT development manager
- Proven references in the implementation of IT projects
- Sound know-how of agile working methods
- Basic commercial and economic knowledge
- High customer and service orientation
- Organizational skills and strong communication skills
- Enjoy personal customer contact
- Team spirit, a sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of German OR English
