Version 2.01 of 1Tool is now available. In addition to some bug fixes, there are of course also a lot of new functions and enhancements. There are many new features, especially in the areas of project management and contact management.
New functions:
- Sending of time-controlled SMS with consideration of new contacts
- Zip code and city are displayed in the contact search result
- Contact persons can be filtered in the contact search
- “New task” button is displayed at the top of the project detail view
- Checking the authorizations when editing the contact
- Number of contents is displayed in the tab boxes (contact detail view)
- Filtering distribution lists when searching for contacts
- Duplicates are displayed during import. These are contacts that already exist in the database and are present at least twice in the import file
- When creating sales opportunities and invoices from the contact detail view, the contact details are transferred
- When creating/editing the contact, the e-mail address is already checked for duplicates in the database
- Additional field Info for product contact assignment
- Validity of the newsletter activation link has been extended to 48 hours
- Larger selection box for project managers in the project list filter
Bug fixes:
- Format of upload time for file upload is displayed correctly
- Download problem with IE6-IE8 has been fixed
- Security check to prevent newsletters from being sent twice
