Version 3.0.6 of 1Tool® is now available. In this new 1Tool® version, you can enable your customers to manage their own data and documents – using the KSS system.

Another new feature is the costs module, which allows you to manage your monthly expenses in detail.

Cost module

The new Costs module is now available in the Finances section. You can manage your monthly costs quickly and easily and divide them into categories. The module not only provides you with a list of your monthly expenses but also a graph of the costs over the whole year.

Individual newsletter sender address

From 1Tool® version 3.0.6 it is possible to define the sender address of your newsletter. You can make this setting under Master data – Marketing – Newsletter settings.

KSS – 1Tool Self Service

First-hand data maintenance – with the new KSS system, your contacts can log into the system, maintain their master data and exchange documents. Your KSS system can be customized with your logo and desired colors.

Contact relationships

Contacts can now also be related to other contacts in 1Tool®.

Link your contacts to individual connections (e.g. business partners, relatives, etc.) and get an overview of a person’s relationships. You are now just one click away from the relationship contact.

Individual product prices

Previously, you were bound to the standard price of the product for product assignments.
Now you can also assign individual prices per customer for products.
