We are delighted about the start of a wonderful collaboration and the great success story that we have been able to write together with Österreichische Post AG.
A separate fleet management app was jointly developed to ensure a better overview of the Post AG vehicle fleet and simpler communication with mechanics and workshops. The complete documentation of vehicle damage and repairs also ensures greater transparency within the company.
The WUMS “Workshop and Mobility Service” app is used by more than 800 Post AG delivery staff and is used daily to organize the maintenance and repair of 8,500 vehicles. With the app, we offer the company a central ticket database for an overview of open orders, including real-time evaluations.
This enabled Austrian Post to digitize and automate key fleet processes. This effectively optimized the use of the entire vehicle fleet and improved the traceability of vehicle damage and inspections.
