Good morning! We are pleased to present the new version 5.0 of the 1Tool app, which comes with numerous improvements:
- Documents can now be added to orders. For example, it is now possible to add images to working time reports.
- Incoming invoices can now be uploaded and are automatically scanned using AI and processed using full-text recognition. Among other things, the supplier, invoice total, invoice date and individual items are read out. Please note that additional costs are incurred for each scan by the AI.
- When recording time for business trips, the destination is now automatically suggested.
- The user name is now also displayed in the team time recording in the dashboard.
- The design of the time recording widget in the dashboard has been revised and made more user-friendly.
- The fields for the total and the invoice status have been added to the detailed view of incoming invoices.
- The loading screens have been optimized and simplified to ensure a better user experience.
