Version 7.0 of the 1Tool CRM solution is now available. The new version brings numerous improvements and optimizations:
- Last comments: The contact filter under “Contacts – Recent comments” has been optimized. Contact comments are now only displayed if they are filtered at the top
- Comments can now also be entered for appointments

- Invoices can be generated directly from appointments in the appointment list and the list now includes filter options for contacts

- The calendar view has been optimized and further adapted for mobile devices
- Recurring events are now displayed separately in the event list for each recurrence
- Documents in appointments can now be made public

- There are now private tasks. Private tasks can only be accessed by the owner of the task
- New user setting:“Overdue tasks”. If you set this setting as a user, 1Tool sends the list of tasks assigned by me with an overdue deadline to my e-mail address every day

- Push notifications via app to customers and suppliers: if a customer or supplier uses the 1Tool Ticket App, they can be notified directly about the status of a ticket with a click.
- Time recording now saves when time recording entries have been modified
- Bug fixes for the display of soft and hard bounces in the newsletter reports
- In the Board module, new time recording icons now make it possible to record times directly on a task

- The filters in the sales opportunity dashboard are now saved
- The sales opportunity bubbles are now decoupled from the number of results and now always display all results at once
- For each task, the remaining hours budget is now displayed based on the open project hours.
- The“Minimum stock” column can now be displayed in the product list
- Many security optimizations and improvements have been implemented
