New CRM features in version 2.01
- From now on, not only pictures but also documents can be added to contacts and tasks
- Tasks can now be marked as“Private”. If a task is marked as “Private”, it is not visible to other users in the app or in 1Tool
- Comment categories are now also available in the comments section
- Comments can now also be created offline. This function is useful if, for example, you are on the phone with a customer and want to take notes on the conversation at the same time
- Filters have been improved and optimized
- Time recording can be started directly for a task
- Invoices now include an icon for paid and unpaid so that it is easier to see whether an invoice has been paid
- When editing products, an EAN code can now also be used to avoid product duplicates
- Products can be searched for using the EAN code
