By using the 1Tool seminar module, ÖGWT is able to inspire its 7,500 course attendees with optimally organized training courses. From simple online registration and automatic invoicing to personalized reminders sent out via newsletter, the entire process is efficiently managed and handled by 1Tool.
Automatic transfer of the course content
One of the most important requirements for the seminar module was the uncomplicated provision of course information on the website. As a solution, an automatic transfer of the seminar master data stored in 1Tool, such as course name, objectives and content, was developed. This is the simplest way to avoid unnecessary, duplicate importing of information.
Program manual
The ÖGWT program manual contains additional information for participants on the individual course contents. A separate link to the 1Tool seminar module has been created so that a new PDF document does not always have to be generated and uploaded to the website. If new details are added to the manual, it is updated automatically and is therefore always up to date.
Own color/layout design
To ensure that the course overview also corresponds to the corporate design of the ÖGWT, another task of the 1Tool seminar module was to adapt the design. For website visitors, the seminar administration via 1Tool is therefore not visible, but appears specifically in the corporate colors of the ÖGWT.
