As the sponsor of the Municipal Administration Academy, the Association of Municipalities organizes more than 100 one-day seminars on specialist topics relevant to municipalities every year. As more than 2,500 participants register for the association’s courses each year, the administration of participants, including registrations, cancelations, invoicing, etc., initially posed a major challenge.

This was specially designed to meet the requirements of the Association of Municipalities in order to ensure efficient processing of seminars and training courses. Many of the courses are held specifically for municipal employees. There is a special traffic light system that shows at a glance how many places are available. If courses are already fully booked, 1Tool also offers the option of registering for waiting lists and automatically moving up participants.
Design customization
Of course, the entire course overview should also shine in the colors of the Styrian Association of Municipalities for a holistic appearance. The 1Tool seminar administration can be optimally integrated into the website for this purpose and can therefore be individually adapted to the corporate design.
Self-updating seminar manual
Most recently, a separate seminar manual was also created for the Association of Municipalities, which is updated automatically. If a course is added in 1Tool, this is automatically transferred to the PDF document immediately.
