1. Correct and complete

We ensure that your data is correctly and completely transferred from your old system to ours 1Tool be migrated. Our migration assistant saves you a large part of the manual work and, for example, when importing contacts, the data is automatically assigned to the correct CRM fields.

There are several options for data cleansing - either during the transition, before the migration or after the migration. However, it is recommended to clean up before the migration, since this solution prevents the start of 1Tool with a cleaned database.  

Several factors play a role in the duration of a migration, such as the amount of data that needs to be migrated, the quality and availability of the data from the legacy system, or the various areas (contacts, projects, etc.) for which data is to be migrated.

On the one hand, it should be considered which data is really necessary and, on the other hand, which processes access which data.
