There was a report about 1Tool in yesterday’s edition of the “Wirtschaftsblatt”:

With its CRM solution 1Tool, the Styrian web agency Körbler enables small and medium-sized enterprises to run marketing campaigns at the touch of a button. Professional and systematic customer relationship management (CRM) is also becoming increasingly important for small and medium-sized enterprises – but the range of affordable CRM solutions on offer is limited. Gamlitzer WebAgentur Körbler has set itself the task of developing a cost-effective and easy-to-use CRM solution especially for SMEs.
“We were looking for a CRM system ourselves to provide our customers and business partners with personalized news,” explains Managing Director Mario Körbler. The modular “1Tool” software is offered as a cloud solution. Customers can put together their own package, from the basic package for €10 (only contact and calendar management) to a real marketing tool for €40 with functions such as time-controlled SMS dispatch, newsletters, lead management, etc. With the “organization package” for €15, complete project management can be implemented. As with any cloud solution, data management is not the responsibility of the customer, but is stored in data centers which, according to the agency, are all located in Austria.
NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF INVENTION
“We couldn’t find a solution for SMEs that also included a component for e-marketing,“says Körbler.” So we started developing the software out of our own needs .” Today, 1Tool is already being used by two hundred companies, including the municipality of Gamlitz and the well-known Sabathi winery. But “big players” such as Raiffeisenbank Wien-Niederösterreich also use 1Tool. “Our vision is to offer the best digital marketing and customer relationship management solutions for SMEs,” says Körbler, describing the young company’s ambitious goals.
