Im 1Tool you have the opportunity to design your modules and views individually and to adapt them to your everyday work. This includes, for example, adding a module to the dashboard to get to an important area via a direct button without having to search for it for a long time or spend many clicks on it.
Modules can be determined for all areas:
- Dashboard
- Contacts (affects the contact view)
- Opportunities (opportunity detail view)
- Tasks (task detail view)
To add a module, first click on Settings - tabs
With tabs for that Dashboard are the bars right on the home screen of your 1Tool meant.
The tabs for a contact appear under the Settings . You can set individual tabs for all tabs. In addition, you can use the crosshairs to position and move the modules as you like.
Also for them Opportunities you can define tabs for the detail view. As soon as you have created an opportunity, you will get to this view or if you click on one of your opportunities in the overview. Again, if you have multiple tabs, you could set tabs for them.
The same goes for them Task detail view. Again, these could be set for the different tabs.
How to add tabs to the respective view is always the same for all areas - whether contacts, tasks, dashboard or opportunities. First choose among Settings - tabs the desired area, such as Contacts. An overview of all your existing module tabs appears here. Depending on which tab you want to add modules to, click on the corresponding tab Edit icon (Pen). Of course you can also create a new tab and define the modules for it.
Select the desired modules here and then click on Save.
