appointment types

Under Settings - Organization - Calendar - Appointment Types you can specify appointment types that appear automatically with a calendar entry. You can see at a glance in the calendar which appointment is for you or your employees/colleagues.

By default, no appointment types are specified. You can create a new type under the "Insert appointment type" field. After you have entered the name in the field, click on "Add" to create your new appointment type.

About one Click in the line an existing appointment type, you can edit its name, delete it or insert a new name.
