CalDAV is a network protocol that makes it possible to access and synchronize calendar files via WebDAV (Wikipedia.at).
Data needed for setup
servers = c.1tool.com
username = mail address of 1Tool-Accounts
password = password of 1Tool-Accounts
configuration in 1Tool
Before the synchronization of the calendars can be set up, it is necessary to select the calendar categories for synchronization in the 1Tool necessary.
This setting can be found under Organization / Calendar / Categories .
Edit the category and check the box CalDAV set sync.

Outlook
Plugin for synchronization with Outlook
To sync your 1Tool calendar in Outlook, we recommend the Outlook plugin "Outlook CalDav Synchronizer" (http://caldavsynchronizer.org/)
After installing the plugin and restarting Outlook, you will find the menu item "CalDav Synchronizer".
Please open “Synchronization Profiles” there.
Add new profile:
The correct profile type is "Generic CalDAV/CardDAV".
Confirm your selection with OK".
- Choose a profile name.
- Choose an empty calendar folder or create a new one.
- The DAV URL is “https://c.1tool.com/”.
- Please enter yours here 1Tool access data to; email = user
- Click “Test or discover settings” to continue setup.
Now you will see all calendar categories 1Tool shown that are enabled for synchronization.
You can always select ONE calendar category per profile.
Confirm your selection with OK".
If the setup was successful, the following message appears:
The DAV URL is now completed after your selection:
To complete the setup, Outlook should be restarted once.
Depending on the setting, the plugin will now automatically synchronize the desired calendar category.
Alternatively, you can also trigger the synchronization manually.
