With 1Tool you can also create a connection to your telephone system. This allows you to easily log and evaluate customer calls. The call list can be found at Contacts - call log.
In the overall view you can see all calls within the time period you have specified. For example, you can view all calls for a day, week or month. Here you can also look at the calls of individual contacts.
Under the section “Calls“, you also have the option to choose between saved or new contacts to filter.
