Contact History/Notes

1Tool offers its own widgets that allow you to accurately track the progress of your contact with employees or companies and create relevant notes.

To make the widget visible to your contacts, you must create a new tab for the desired contact or for all contacts. You can name it whatever you want (here “History”). Select "Notes" as the module. Here learn how to create tabs for individual contacts. However, there is also the possibility to use the module for all contacts to make visible.


After creating the widget, click on the appropriate tab of the contact and then in the available window. Enter all details and comments here and click on the checkmarkto save your notes.
