Email integration

To provide an interface between your e-mail programs and 1Tool to create there is the possibility to set up global e-mail accounts.

This setting can be found at Administration – Global Settings – Email and Mail2Fax and there you can then choose between IMAP or SMTP accounts and Mail2Fax.

Now enter your e-mail data and then click on Save to save your e-mail address.

To test your settings, press in the view of the existing e-mail accounts Test connection Button. After a few seconds you will receive a message whether your connection was successful. After a successful test attempt, the following message appears:

Edit global email account

To edit a global e-mail account, click on a setting that you want to change (e.g. server) for an existing e-mail account. Enter your current values ​​and then click on the save button.
