Go to the website www.1tool.com on. There you will find the "User login" button in the upper right corner. Log in there with your user name (= e-mail address) and your password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request it after a failed login attempt. Click on the link “Forgot your password?” and then enter your email address in the input field in the window that opens and we will send you your access data.
After successfully logging in, you are on the main page of 1Tool. With the 1Tool you can decide for yourself what your interface should look like. So everyone has the opportunity to put together and configure their own view. You can only see the areas that are important for your work to ensure a more efficient flow of day-to-day business.
Home: Click on your logo in the top left corner to go to your dashboard.
User account settings:Click on the user menu to change your profile settings, get help or log out.
Dashboard menu:Click on the buttons in the dashboard menu to (from left to right): create a new contact, view the latest comments, go to the contact search, or to do this 1Tool call up the manual.
Comment:Click on the speech bubble to see your recent comments.
Quick search: Enter your search term in the search field to search for information regarding sales opportunities, contacts, appointments, etc.
Navigation bar: Click on the menu tabs to access the individual functions.
Quick access: Click on the corresponding quick access button to carry out a specific activity.
You now determine which fields should appear where on the dashboard. You can set up your start page in such a way that you can find out exactly the information that is relevant to you at a glance.

Dashboard:
The “Dashboard” provides you with a clear overview of the most important information.
Contacts:
Here you will find all your contacts, can manage them and see the last comments (= note on the contact).
Contact Groups:
Your contacts are summarized under contact group.
Marketing:
This tab includes newsletters/SMS and everything related to social media.
Sales:
Here you will find everything related to sales opportunities and product reports.
Shop:
The shop module enables you to sell your products online and successfully complete the entire ordering process.
Finances:
The finance module gives you the opportunity to keep track of all your bills and costs.
Inventory management:
Here you can optimally manage your entire logistics process - from warehousing to minimum order quantities to inventory.
Pages:
You can use this menu item to create individual pages as menu and sub-menu items in the 1Tool create (e.g. knowledge management pages). In addition to pure content pages, these pages can also be direct links to external websites.
Organisation:
Here you can organize your projects, tasks, schedules, etc.
Bookings:
As a leisure or tourist business, this menu item offers you the opportunity to ideally manage rooms and reservations.
Base data:
In the master data you make the basic settings for your 1Tool modules. For example, you can create new contact groups, create newsletter templates or add accounting groups.
