Welcome to 1Tool! Our getting started guide takes you step-by-step through all the basic settings so you can create the optimal foundation for your business and get the best out of our features for you and your business.

1Tool Dashboard

  1. Home: Click on that 1Tool Logo to get back to your dashboard at any time. You can also replace the logo with your own.
  2. User settings: Click on your user profile to change your user settings, get help or log out.
  3. Dashboard menu: Click on the buttons in the dashboard menu to (from left to right): create a new contact, view the latest comments, go to the contact search, or to do this 1Tool call up the manual.
  4. Comment: With the comment function, you always have an overview of your recently added notes about contacts, tasks and projects.
  5. Quick search: Search your database for relevant contacts, tasks, projects, opportunities and much more in just a few seconds.
  6. Navigation bar: Click on the appropriate modules to access individual functions.
  7. Quick access: With the dashboard buttons you can execute functions even faster. You can also create your own buttons to create the ideal workflow.

In the user settings you directly determine important functions and settings for your personal user profile. Here you change your password and the system language, for example, store a profile picture or define which notifications you receive for which module and which tabs and buttons you need for your daily work.

In the main navigation of 1ToolIn addition to your modules, you will also find the "Settings" menu item, where you can make general settings regarding the layout and navigation of the 1Tools can meet. For example, you can adapt the colors of the system to your corporate design, create your own fields for all modules or add new areas to your dashboard. Furthermore, all basic configurations for your various modules, such as defining contact groups, distribution lists, opportunity phases, etc., are also made within the corresponding module under "Settings".
