Generate job advertisements

To place a job ad in 1Tool To generate and create the basis for applicant management, you must first create a separate applicant project for each position. An applicant project is created in 1Tool in the same way as the generation of general customer projects (see Project management). To create a new project click on Organization – Projects – New Project.

Now, as with customer projects, fill in all the necessary data for your project (creating a new project will be here explained in detail).

The screenshot below shows the pop-up window that opens when creating a new project. You can also set the view for the pop-up of the project system individually for yourself. To do this, simply go to Settings – Organization – Projects – Views.

Make sure that you have created the necessary project phases in advance, such as application documents, interviews, pre-selection, 2nd round of interviews, etc., in order to make the status of your projects clear at a glance (how to create project phases will tell you here explained in more detail).

Once you click on “Create new project” the detailed view of your project appears. Together we will define which information about the project should appear on your website or job portal (e.g. project title and description).

Project detail views can also be called up via the project overview. To do this, click Organization – Projects – Overview. All of the applicant projects you have created so far will appear. By clicking on the first symbol you open the detailed view of the corresponding project.
