Any contacts listed as "Hardbounce" will not receive your newsletter. For this reason, the contact has to be edited, the e-mail address has to be corrected or updated. So go under first Marketing – Newsletter Reports.
Now click in the “Newsletters sent” to your desired newsletter.
After opening your newsletter report, click under the “Overview” to the option “Click here to view more detailed statistics"
As a first step, please click on the respective Namur in the list of hard bounces.
Now you get directly to the contact details. The email address is marked in red
Now click directly on the e-mail address or on the above green pent to edit the contact and correct the email address.
In the newsletter report, under Hardbounces, it is now noted that the e-mail address has been cleaned.
