To insert an image, click under the tab “Elements" on the picture icon.

My pictures
Here you can see under the tab “My pictures” all the images you have already uploaded. To use one of these, click on the corresponding image and it will be inserted into your newsletter or template. However, if you want to upload a new image, click on the button “Upload Image” and select the corresponding image from your computer.

Library
If you don't have a suitable picture yourself, the Library the possibility to search for a corresponding image. The images are available to you free of charge and the free use is legally permissible in full. To search for an image, enter your search term in the respective line. It is only important that this term English is entered. Then click on the magnifying glass to start your search. Then all the images that match your search term will appear. By clicking on one of the images, you select it for your newsletter or your newsletter template.

Once you have selected an image, whether one you have uploaded yourself or one from the library, you will be taken to the “BILD“. Here you can now prepare your image for your newsletter. The first step is to crop your image to the desired size. This can be done by entering the dimensions in pixels or by dragging the mouse over the image to determine the image section. Once you have set the desired size, click on the button “Cutting".

After that you can still style your picture. Under the area "Width“ you can determine how wide your picture is inserted in the respective newsletter line. Auto means that the image is inserted with the width that the line space allows. However, you can also enter the width yourself in % or pixels. Then you determine the alignment (left, centered, right), the rounding, border color and border width as well as the distances to the left and right. You can also link your image by typing under "Link“ enter the desired URL. As soon as readers of your newsletter click on the image, they will be taken to the respective website entered. To save your settings and insert the image into your newsletter, click on “Save".
