You can also use the Applicants contact group in the 1Tool define your own fields, for example to make knowledge and qualifications visible at a glance in the contact view.
To define your own fields for applicants, click on Master Data - Global Settings - Own Fields and select under the item “Select contact group” the contact group Applicants. Now all the fields defined so far appear. At the very bottom of the page you can create new fields for applicants. (You will be shown how to generate your own fields here explained in detail)
Then go to the contact view of a desired applicant. This applicant must be assigned to the contact group Applicants so that the defined fields are displayed in the master data. Under the area “Candidates” all created fields are now listed and can be filled in accordingly.
