Under Organization – Own Reports find your own reports. This means reports that you specify individually after consultation with us. This is a pure database query that we can set for you.
Here is an overview of individual reports. By clicking 
you can generate individual reports. For example Reports on the number of open tasks of your employees.
Your individual report will now be displayed here.
Insert first "Start Date" , and a "end date" fixed, so you can define a certain period of time. Finally click on "Generate list".
Transform reports into Excel list
You will then be shown a list of all employees who still have open tasks, as in the example shown here.
By clicking on 
you will receive your report in an Excel list and can then simply print it out.
