With the 1Tool Project controlling enables the monitoring of project times and costs.
This can be found at Organization - projects - project controlling.
You can use a filter function to search for specific projects. Various filter criteria, such as the project phases, managers, categories, etc. are available for this purpose.
The measured values can be transferred to a PC via the arrow symbols in each column you can also display your projects according to decreasing or increasing turnover, hourly budget, expected contribution margin, etc.
If you click directly on a project, you will get more information about it. For example, you can see the number of project tasks, times already posted to the project, personnel costs, contribution margin, hours worked by user and activity, financial status and project invoices that have already been created.
If an area is highlighted with a bar, the one on the right arrow icon , this means that there are more details to look at here. So open the “Tasks", so you have an overview of all tasks that have been created for this project. In the area "Times booked on the project", you get an overview of all time entries recorded for this project.
