The 1Tool Ticket system facilitates and optimizes the processes of your customer support - you can find it at Organization – Tickets – Overview.
Here you will find all tickets listed according to the selected filter options, such as e.g. assigned user, status etc.
In our example here you will find:
1. the checkboxes to mark the respective ticket.
2. Here you will find the symbol to go to the detailed view of the ticket. A
3. the title of the ticket and
4. Here you will find information about who created the ticket - by clicking on the symbol in front of the name, you will go directly to the contact.
You can define the desired columns using the “Options” button at the top right. Next to this you will also find the “New Ticket” button to create a new ticket yourself.
