Tasks Types
In order to obtain an optimum overview of all tasks and to ensure that they run efficiently, 1Tool offers the option of creating different types of tasks.
All tasks clearly structured
This means you know at a glance what the activity is and how best to handle it.
1Tool distinguishes between several types of tasks
- Project tasks: these are all tasks that are created within a project (e.g. create design, carry out programming, …)
- Sales opportunity tasks: this refers to all tasks that can be added to offers and sales opportunities (e.g. creating an offer, preparing a presentation)
- Contact tasks: these tasks are added to contacts (e.g. call back customer Maier, update content)
- Personal tasks: each employee has the option of creating their own tasks that they really only see themselves (e.g. praising the boss, enjoying flowers, …)
