The web-based time recording module is easy to use and very flexible. Times can be booked to projects, customers or contacts. Every employee always has an overview of the hours they have worked.

The great advantage of our time recording module is its integration into the complete 1Tool CRM solution. The time recording module provides you with important information and is therefore an indispensable basis for costing and controlling. The recording and evaluation of times is completely web-based.

Functional scope of the 1Tool time recording module:

• Automatic recording of employees’ start and end times
• Allocation of times to projects and customers
• Recording of absences such as vacation, illness, doctor’s appointment
• Booking log for each employee
• Time log (evaluation by employee/project) is sent daily by e-mail (to controlling/management etc.)
