Training costs

How much training is required for the reservation module?

You don’t need to be a computer expert to use the reservation module. The system is clearly structured so that you can find what you are looking for quickly and easily. We assume that you will be able to use the reservation system after 20 minutes of telephone training.

Infrastructure

Which IT system is required for the reservation module?

You only need standard Internet access to work with the reservation module. It is not necessary to install your own software. If you have Internet access via your cell phone, you can also use the reservation system on the move. All you need to use it is a standard browser. The reservation system is tested on Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Various tests are carried out with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Opera, among others.

Data protection

What about data security?

Your data is safe with us. We create regular backups, store data on various servers and protect our systems with firewalls and special access controls. The reservation module runs as a cloud solution in a secure data center in Europe. This means that you do not need your own server infrastructure and that data security, availability and backups are taken care of. This saves you a lot of time and money.

Integration

Can the reservation module also be integrated into my own website?

Yes, the reservation module can be easily integrated into any website. If you integrate the reservation module into your company website, your guests can see online when you have which rooms and packages available. Inquiries are forwarded to you by e-mail. Your guests can also book directly on the website.

Customization

Can the reservation module be customized to my needs?

The design of the reservation module can be adapted to your website. You also have the option of defining different price categories and offer packages. If you also use our 1Tool system, you can send your guests a personalized newsletter. Using the evaluations, you can see at a glance how many recipients have read your e-mail and whether all e-mails have been delivered.
