We create daily data backups for our customers for six weeks. This means that the last 42 days are backed up for you every day. Data recovery is fair-use, which means that we never charge anything for recovery.
Our staff will only access Customer Data when the Customer has submitted a customer support request or access to the data is necessary to provide the Services or to prevent or troubleshoot service or technical issues, or when 1Tool is obliged to do so under a mandatory legal regulation.
1Tool declares in a legally binding manner that all persons commissioned with data processing have been sworn to confidentiality before commencing work. In particular, the confidentiality obligation of the persons commissioned with data traffic remains in force even after the end of their activity and departure from the service provider. The obligation of confidentiality must also be observed for data from legal entities and partnerships under commercial law. There are also agreements with our partners (Brunner Webhosting, ITandTEL) separate confidentiality agreements.

A deletion requested by you will usually be carried out within 2 working days.
It is also possible to delete individual data records, but we must point out that the deletion of individual data records, unless exactly what is to be deleted, causes costs that we have to claim from our customers.

Should data be stored on your website via Typo3, WordPress or via our software 1Tool (e.g. by means of a newsletter or contact form), there must be a note in the data protection declaration that the company Körbler GmbH is the processor and data is collected, processed and used on your behalf.
Due to the principle of data economy and data avoidance, only the e-mail address may be a prerequisite for registration.
The content of the newsletter must already be clear to the respective user when they register. In addition, he must be informed that he can unsubscribe at any time.
As soon as you also collect personal data using a newsletter/contact form (e.g. name, address, e-mail), the visitor must be informed in the data protection declaration how this data is used. Therefore, each form must be equipped with a checkbox, which only allows the input to be sent after activation/approval by the user.
The text for the declaration of consent as well as for the data protection declaration can be easily imin1Tool deposit.
No, previously valid consents obtained do not lose their validity. However, you must have proof of your consent (e.g. in writing or based on digital recordings).
For example, if you do not have valid consent from interested parties, you may no longer send emails to them. Since any data processing must be based on a valid legal basis, data must also be deleted immediately if no valid consent has been given.
In order to make the necessary data protection settings in the 1Tool to deposit, click Master data - data protection. Here you must first activate the application in general and enter the name of your data protection settings (e.g. name of the form for which you are creating the consent text). You can then either define an individual consent text for your checkbox yourself or adapt the variant we have suggested accordingly (e.g. adding the company name, newsletter topic, etc.).
The next step is to enter the data protection declaration. You can save this as text in the 1Tool Insert it or - if there is already an existing page with your data protection regulation - link externally. on Enquiry We would also be happy to create a suitable data protection declaration for you.
Finally, you still have to activate the checkbox and determine the forms for which the consent and data protection declaration should apply.
It is recommended that every company has a processing register, i.e. a register of all processing operations in the company. This processing directory should provide information about the data processing processes in the company and be created in writing, ideally electronically. Information such as the purpose of data processing, the recipient, the intended storage period, etc. should be defined for all data in the company.
Im 1Tool you can under Master data - data protection - processing directory first store all the necessary information for your created contact groups. To do this, double-click in the respective column and add your details or, if personal data is transmitted to third countries, activate the corresponding checkbox. Then select the storage period and enter a general description of the technical and organizational security measures for data processing.
In addition to the processing operations in 1Tool, you can also add further lines to this processing directory yourself in order to record your company's processing operations that take place outside of this.
