The packages listed contain the 1Tool Software as Software-as-a-Service. The software is provided as a cloud solution including the entire infrastructure, updates, upgrades and backups. All you need is your device and you can join 1Tool Working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We also offer private cloud solutions, feel free to contact us without obligation!

Of course, you can also flexibly combine modules.

Billing takes place monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually in advance. You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or direct debit.

We develope 1Tool continuously, optimizing the solution and bringing out new functions. On average, a new version is released once a week. So you are always up to date!

You have 1Tool itself in hand. You can check at any time in the administration how many users are active and which modules are being used. That is what the billing is based on.

If you set everything up yourself, there are no setup fees. However, most of our customers appreciate our support services. We offer setup packages tailored to your company and your challenges. Contact us at any time and without obligation!

In principle, we provide comprehensive support resources such as training videos, our manual and FAQs free of charge. In addition, we offer telephone support, support via remote assistance, support via e-mail and also on-site support for a fee. 

We bill for support services - which you can access outside of our free support resources - on an hourly basis.
