Version 2.0 <\/strong>of 1Tool<\/strong> is now available. Numerous new functions make 1Tool even more attractive as a CRM solution<\/strong> and also support companies in acquiring new customers<\/strong> and handling projects<\/strong>. 1Tool has been expanded, particularly in the areas of project and task management<\/strong> and applicant management<\/strong>. Of course, some functions in the CRM \/ contact management<\/strong> area have also been expanded and further refined. <\/p>\n

You will find the following new modules, functions and enhancements in the new 1Tool version:<\/p>\n

  • Project management and task management<\/strong>
    \nThe project management software in 1Tool was designed to support companies and teams working in the field of professional project services. The software is of course completely web-based, easy to use and supports uniform standards in project management. The module includes numerous functions in the areas of document management, document storage and task management. An extended project view with a display of the tasks for a project provides a comprehensive overview. <\/li>\n
  • Custom attributes<\/strong>
    \nCustom fields can be defined for each contact – without any programming effort. This function makes 1Tool even more customizable and gives customers the opportunity to tailor 1Tool even further to their own needs. <\/li>\n
  • Improved contact search<\/strong>
    \nThe contact search enables a quick search for different fields and a search across all defined custom attributes.<\/li>\n
  • Multilingualism<\/strong>
    \n1Tool now also supports multilingualism. 1Tool is currently delivered in German and English, but additional languages can be added easily and flexibly. <\/li>\n
  • Linking sales opportunities and projects<\/strong>
    \nProjects can now be created from successful sales opportunities with a single click. This means that a continuous flow of information from marketing to sales to the organization can be easily and flexibly mapped in 1Tool. <\/li>\n
  • Applicant management<\/strong>
    \nApplicant management is available as a separate module in 1Tool. Contacts can be flexibly linked to projects as applicants. For each contact, you can define whether they have been hired or not. Applicant management also enables a simple applicant search according to various criteria <\/li>\n
