We find it kind of annoying to lug around all those discount and benefit cards in our wallets. And there are certainly many people who share our opinion. That’s why we want to offer a digital customer card<\/strong> with our CRM software 1Tool. 1Tool users can send their customers a code via SMS or app that replaces the analog customer card. <\/p>\n\n This code is stored on the cell phone or smartphone and shown to the sales clerk by the customer when shopping (as was previously the case with the analog customer card).<\/p>\n\n What do you think of this idea?
