This log shows all receipts and issues of a product clearly summarized. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the <strong>ticket list<\/strong>, new tickets are now marked as \u201cunread\u201d by default. Only when an employee opens the ticket is it marked as read. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The <strong>revenue overview<\/strong> has been completely redeveloped and now has a new design.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If two employees open the same <strong>product<\/strong> at the same time, the second user is notified that the product is currently being processed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>New <strong>calendar entries<\/strong> can now be linked to tasks.
