Les informations sur les clients individuels doivent \u00eatre collect\u00e9es, archiv\u00e9es et finalement mises \u00e0 la disposition de tous les autres collaborateurs de l&#8217;entreprise. C&#8217;est la seule fa\u00e7on pour l&#8217;entreprise d&#8217;obtenir un niveau de connaissances uniforme et en constante augmentation de la part de ses employ\u00e9s. Si ces connaissances sont utilis\u00e9es efficacement pour aborder et servir les clients, elles peuvent garantir de bien meilleures performances et un chiffre d&#8217;affaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wissensmanagement-und-crm\">Gestion des connaissances et CRM<\/h2>\n\n<p>Alors que la gestion des connaissances se concentre principalement sur les activit\u00e9s internes de l&#8217;entreprise, la gestion de la relation client se concentre sur le client et sa relation avec l&#8217;entreprise. Mais pour construire une relation \u00e0 long terme, il faut \u00e0 nouveau g\u00e9rer avec succ\u00e8s les connaissances sur le client et les utiliser pour fournir des services cibl\u00e9s. Il est donc \u00e9vident que la gestion des connaissances fait partie int\u00e9grante d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me CRM performant !  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kundeninformationen-sammeln-allein-ist-aber-nicht-genug\">Mais la collecte d&#8217;informations sur les clients ne suffit pas !<\/h2>\n\n<p>En effet, la gestion des connaissances va bien au-del\u00e0 de l&#8217;archivage des donn\u00e9es clients. Ainsi, pour une entreprise, ce ne sont pas seulement les connaissances sur le client lui-m\u00eame qui sont importantes, mais aussi celles POUR et PAR le client. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Connaissance du client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux clients et \u00e0 leurs besoins, il faut clairement conna\u00eetre le client. Votre personnel doit donc conna\u00eetre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les attentes, les int\u00e9r\u00eats et les comportements d&#8217;achat ant\u00e9rieurs de chaque client. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Connaissance pour le client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Pour qu&#8217;un client choisisse votre produit, il doit disposer de suffisamment d&#8217;informations et d&#8217;arguments convaincants en faveur de votre offre. Utilisez votre expertise et fournissez \u00e0 vos clients des informations pertinentes sur les produits, les nouveaut\u00e9s du secteur, etc. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Connaissance du client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Les connaissances et les opinions de vos clients sont des facteurs cl\u00e9s importants. S&#8217;ils sont utilis\u00e9s efficacement, ils peuvent apporter un avantage concurrentiel d\u00e9cisif \u00e0 votre entreprise.
