Zato ni \u010dudno, da postaja vse bolj priljubljen tudi izraz socialni CRM. Dru\u017ebeni mediji v kombinaciji z va\u0161imi obstoje\u010dimi dejavnostmi CRM ne zagotavljajo le \u0161e obse\u017enej\u0161ega poznavanja strank, temve\u010d dajejo va\u0161im odnosom tudi povsem novo osebno noto.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V tem \u010dlanku razkrivamo, kaj sCRM dejansko je in kako ga lahko optimalno uporabite za svoje podjetje!<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj je socialni CRM?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Tako kot pri obi\u010dajnem upravljanju odnosov s strankami gre tudi pri sCRM za vzpostavljanje in ohranjanje dolgoro\u010dnih odnosov s strankami, vendar v povezavi z dru\u017ebenimi mediji. Ker vse ve\u010d strank komunicira s podjetji na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih Facebook, Twitter in podobnih &#8211; ali, kar je \u0161e pomembneje: izmenjuje informacije o podjetjih in izdelkih z drugimi uporabniki -, to ustvarja povsem nove mo\u017enosti za podjetja. Stranke postajajo pomembni dobavitelji podatkov in pomembnih informacij, ki podjetjem pomagajo pri (nadaljnjem) razvoju novih izdelkov in poslovnih podro\u010dij.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako deluje sCRM?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Z vklju\u010ditvijo dru\u017ebenih medijev v obstoje\u010di ali na\u010drtovani sistem CRM lahko tradicionalne podatke o strankah raz\u0161irite z informacijami, kot so zanimanja, kritike itd. iz dru\u017ebenih medijev. \u010ce vas stranka kontaktira prek Facebooka, Twitterja itd., je komunikacija zabele\u017eena enako zanesljivo kot prej pri telefonskih klicih ali elektronskih sporo\u010dilih.<\/p>\n\n<p>Uporabite lahko tudi orodja za spremljanje, ki spremljajo pogovore uporabnikov v dru\u017eabnih medijih in s tem ustrezne teme za va\u0161e podjetje. Potencialne stranke, morebitne krize, trende v panogi in potrebe strank lahko tako hitro prepoznate in zgodaj sprejmete potrebne ukrepe. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako optimalno uporabiti sCRM?<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u010ce pravilno uporabljate sCRM, se lahko na eni strani bolje odzovete na mnenja in povpra\u0161evanja, na drugi strani pa celovito in poglobljeno razumete svoje ciljne skupine.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dialog<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Eden od najpomembnej\u0161ih vidikov sCRM je izmenjava in komunikacija s strankami. V nasprotju s tradicionalnim CRM se s stranko aktivno pogovarjate o vpra\u0161anjih in zamislih. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jezik<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Ko vzpostavljate dialog s strankami, je seveda prav tako pomembno, da govorite njihov jezik. Na ta na\u010din ne le ustvarjate simpatije, temve\u010d lahko pogovor usmerjate in razlagate tako, da iz njega izlu\u0161\u010dite \u010dim ve\u010d pomembnih informacij. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Posledice<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Standardiziran pristop k strankam krepi njihovo zvestobo. Zato vedno poskrbite za enak ton in dosledno uporabo izrazov, zna\u010dilnih za posamezno panogo. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Krizno upravljanje<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>V dru\u017eabnih medijih ne prejmete le pozitivnih povratnih informacij. Toda namesto da bi kritiko ignorirali, jo morate vzeti resno in jo izkoristiti v svoj prid, tako da stranke navdu\u0161ite s svojo sposobnostjo hitrega odzivanja. V idealnem primeru imate v rokavu tudi na\u010drt za primer absolutne krize, tako da va\u0161i zaposleni natan\u010dno vedo, kako se odzvati in ukrepati v izrednih razmerah.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vsebina<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Jasno na\u010drtujte in dolo\u010dite ustrezno vsebino za dru\u017eabne medije. To ne smejo biti promocijska sporo\u010dila &#8211; stranke morajo imeti ob\u010dutek, da vsebina ponuja dodano vrednost. Za sCRM sta potrebna \u010dustvena privla\u010dnost in vsebina, usmerjena v re\u0161itve.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vzdr\u017eevanje podatkov<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Celovito poznavanje strank izbolj\u0161a va\u0161e storitve za stranke in s tem tudi okrepi va\u0161e odnose s strankami. Vzdr\u017eevanje podatkov je zato pomemben del sCRM.
