Informacije o posameznih strankah je zato treba zbirati po vsej organizaciji, jih arhivirati in na koncu narediti dostopne vsem drugim zaposlenim. Le tako lahko podjetje dose\u017ee standardizirano in stalno nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010do raven znanja med zaposlenimi. \u010ce se to znanje na koncu u\u010dinkovito uporabi za stik s strankami in podporo, je mogo\u010de zagotoviti bistveno bolj\u0161o delovno uspe\u0161nost in ve\u010djo prodajo.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wissensmanagement-und-crm\">Upravljanje znanja in CRM<\/h2>\n\n<p>Medtem ko se upravljanje znanja osredoto\u010da predvsem na notranje dejavnosti podjetja, se upravljanje odnosov s strankami osredoto\u010da na stranke in njihov odnos s podjetjem. Vendar pa je za vzpostavitev dolgoro\u010dnega odnosa treba znanje o stranki uspe\u0161no upravljati in uporabljati za zagotavljanje storitev, usmerjenih v ciljno skupino. To jasno ka\u017ee, da je upravljanje znanja sestavni del uspe\u0161nega sistema CRM!  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kundeninformationen-sammeln-allein-ist-aber-nicht-genug\">Vendar samo zbiranje informacij o strankah ni dovolj!<\/h2>\n\n<p>Konec koncev upravljanje znanja dale\u010d presega shranjevanje podatkov o strankah. Za podjetje ni pomembno le znanje o stranki, temve\u010d tudi znanje ZA stranko in OD stranke. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Znanje o stranki<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u010ce se \u017eelite bolje odzivati na stranke in njihove potrebe, jih morate poznati. Zato morajo va\u0161i zaposleni dobro poznati pri\u010dakovanja, interese in prej\u0161nje nakupno vedenje posameznih strank. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Znanje za stranko<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Da bi se stranka odlo\u010dila za va\u0161 izdelek, potrebuje tudi dovolj informacij in prepri\u010dljive argumente v prid va\u0161i ponudbi. Uporabite svoje strokovno znanje in strankam zagotovite ustrezne informacije o izdelkih, novostih v panogi itd. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Znanje stranke<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Znanje in mnenja va\u0161ih strank so \u0161e posebej pomembni klju\u010dni dejavniki. \u010ce jih u\u010dinkovito izkoristite, lahko va\u0161emu podjetju zagotovijo odlo\u010dilno konkuren\u010dno prednost.
