Zato ni \u010dudno, da je vklju\u010devanje dru\u017eabnih omre\u017eij zelo moderno tudi na podro\u010dju sistemov CRM. Informacije o strankah, objavljene na dru\u017eabnih kanalih, sodobne re\u0161itve CRM uporabljajo za u\u010dinkovitej\u0161o in bolj prilagojeno komunikacijo s strankami. Poleg tega se programska oprema CRM vse bolj osredoto\u010da na spremljanje in ocenjevanje mnenj in razprav, ki jih ciljna skupina deli v dru\u017eabnih medijih. Vendar se bo ta trend v letu 2016 \u0161e raz\u0161iril in tudi sistemi CRM se vse bolj osredoto\u010dajo na mobilno uporabo. To pomeni, da je re\u0161itve CRM mogo\u010de uporabljati na poti in omogo\u010dajo veliko bolj prilagodljiv na\u010din dela. Klju\u010dna beseda je: Podatki v realnem \u010dasu, tj. podatki, ki so v programski opremi sinhronizirani v realnem \u010dasu. V nasprotju z obi\u010dajnimi re\u0161itvami CRM vertikalni sistemi ponujajo funkcije in lastnosti, prilagojene posamezni panogi. To ne omogo\u010da le veliko u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e organizacije dela, temve\u010d vertikalni CRM podpira tudi ve\u010dji razvoj strokovnega znanja in izku\u0161enj v podjetju, specifi\u010dnih za posamezno panogo.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-cloud-basiertes-crm\">5) CRM v oblaku<\/h2>\n\n<p>Po Microsoftovih podatkih bo leta 2016 pribli\u017eno 50 % vseh re\u0161itev CRM v oblaku. Do leta 2018 naj bi se ta dele\u017e pove\u010dal na 62 %. To pomeni konec zapletenih namestitev programske opreme in vzdr\u017eevalnih del, ki jih opravljajo notranji strokovnjaki za IT. Re\u0161itve CRM v oblaku je mogo\u010de zelo preprosto uporabljati prek brskalnika, zato jih je mogo\u010de uporabljati ne glede na \u010das in lokacijo. Potreben je le dostop do interneta. Poleg enostavne uporabe sistemi v oblaku zagotavljajo tudi ve\u010djo varnost in so stro\u0161kovno u\u010dinkovitej\u0161a mo\u017enost tudi za mala in srednje velika podjetja.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-collaborative-crm\">6) Sodelovalni CRM<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u0160e en trend v letu 2016 se imenuje sodelovalni CRM. Najpomembnej\u0161i komponenti: preglednej\u0161i delovni procesi in u\u010dinkovitej\u0161a komunikacija. Medoddel\u010dne re\u0161itve CRM morajo zagotavljati bolj\u0161e sodelovanje znotraj podjetja in z zunanjimi partnerji.
