Kljub temu \u0161tevilna podjetja na uvedbo tak\u0161ne programske opreme gledajo kot na \u010disti IT-projekt in ne kot na celostno strategijo podjetja. Zato je nerealno pri\u010dakovati, da bo programska oprema CRM takoj povezana z obstoje\u010dimi poslovnimi procesi. \u0160ele po uvedbi programske opreme CRM je mogo\u010de izvesti potrebne prilagoditve. Eden od nasvetov, kako se vsaj izogniti resnim te\u017eavam z integracijo, je priprava na\u010drta za uvedbo. Nepopolni, neto\u010dni in zastareli podatki zato predstavljajo dodatno oviro pri izvajanju. Noben sistem CRM ne bo prinesel pri\u010dakovanega uspeha, \u010de programska oprema vsebuje napa\u010dne \u0161tevilke ali podatke ali ima pravopisne napake. Pri uvajanju sistema CRM lahko torej naredite napako, \u010de zaposlenih ne boste dovolj prepri\u010dali o prednostih programske opreme CRM. Jasno predstavite prednosti in okrepite zaupanje zaposlenih v izbrani sistem. In tu se pogosto zgodi napaka. V podjetjih namre\u010d pogosto ni pripravljenosti najvi\u0161jega vodstva, da bi prevzelo odgovornost za izvajanje.
