Vendar morajo biti ustrezne informacije takoj na voljo prodajnemu osebju, zlasti na terenu, da se lahko u\u010dinkovito odzove na poizvedbe strank in se bolje odzove na njihove potrebe. <\/p>\n\n<p>Prav tu pride do izraza mobilni CRM (mCRM). Razkrivamo pomembne nasvete za <g id=\"gid_0\">uvedbo mobilne re\u0161itve.<\/g> <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1: Opredelite jasne cilje mCRM<\/h2>\n\n<p>Uvedba mobilnega CRM zahteva zelo jasen cilj. Zato morate natan\u010dno opredeliti, kaj \u017eelite dose\u010di z mobilno re\u0161itvijo, kateri zaposleni bodo na koncu delali z njo in predvsem katere podatke in procese je treba preslikati na razli\u010dne kon\u010dne naprave. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#2: Skupaj z ekipo pripravite ustrezno re\u0161itev.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Eden najpomembnej\u0161ih vidikov pri uvajanju novega sistema je seveda sprejemljivost tistih, ki bodo na koncu delali z re\u0161itvijo. Poleg tega uporabniki sami obi\u010dajno najbolje vedo, kateri podatki in funkcije so potrebni pri storitvah na terenu in prispevajo k izpolnjevanju nalog njihovega podjetja. Zato je nujno, da zaposlene \u017ee na za\u010detku vklju\u010dite v postopek uvajanja. Pri tem lahko dragocene prispevke zagotovi ne le prodajna ekipa, temve\u010d lahko svoje znanje, mnenja in izku\u0161nje prispeva tudi kadrovska ali pravna slu\u017eba.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#3: Zagotovite nemoteno sodelovanje<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pri uvajanju sistema mCRM je pogosto treba prilagoditi notranje procese, da bi \u0161e naprej zagotavljali nemoteno sodelovanje med pisarni\u0161kim in terenskim osebjem. Po klicu stranke mora ustrezni zaposleni potrebne informacije shraniti neposredno v sistem, tako da je tudi prodajno osebje takoj obve\u0161\u010deno o spremembah ali dodatnih zahtevah. Jasno je treba predstaviti tudi prednosti mobilnega sistema CRM za pisarni\u0161ko in terensko osebje. Na ta na\u010din ne boste ustvarili le sprejemanja, temve\u010d tudi navdu\u0161enje na strani zaposlenih.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#4: pojasnite tudi potrebno varnost podatkov<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pri varnosti podatkov je \u0161e posebej pomembno pojasniti, ali zaposleni za delo uporabljajo zasebne ali slu\u017ebene kon\u010dne naprave &#8211; klju\u010dna beseda: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). \u010ce zaposleni uporabljajo svoje zasebne pametne telefone ali tabli\u010dne ra\u010dunalnike, je treba zagotoviti, da v primeru odpovedi ni mogo\u010d nadaljnji dostop do podatkov strank. Prav tako je treba vnaprej pojasniti, kako ravnati v primeru izgube. Pri tem je treba dodati pomembne to\u010dke, kot so za\u0161\u010dita s kodo PIN, mo\u017enost blokiranja na daljavo, centralizirano upravljanje pravic dostopa, varnostno kopiranje podatkov itd.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#5: Poskrbite za prilagodljiv in enostaven za uporabo sistem<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pri \u010dim la\u017ejem prehodu zaposlenih na mobilni CRM imata posebno pomembno vlogo prijaznost do uporabnika in intuitiven uporabni\u0161ki vmesnik. Vseh funkcij, ki so zaposlenim na voljo na namiznem ra\u010dunalniku, ni treba prenesti na mobilno re\u0161itev. Vsebino zmanj\u0161ajte na najnujnej\u0161e, vendar \u0161e vedno zagotovite standardiziran uporabni\u0161ki vmesnik, tako da preklapljanje med napravami ne bo predstavljalo te\u017eav. Poleg tega morate mobilni CRM prilagoditi vsakodnevnemu poslovanju in ga optimizirati za vsak oddelek.   <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n\n<p>Sistem mCRM lahko va\u0161emu podjetju prinese \u0161tevilne prednosti. Na primer, \u010das \u010dakanja prodajnih predstavnikov se lahko izkoristi za dokon\u010danje nalog.
